Shipping Overview

At VIVA LA SOL, we offer free shipping on all orders to over 200 countries worldwide, regardless of location or order value.

Standard Tracked Shipping

You can generally expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days but the exact shipping times vary based on your location. Please note that these are estimated times and can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can track your order via the "Track Your Order" feature.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment"?

For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information available, please contact us.

Will all my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

What should I do when some products are missing?

When you receive your shipment, check the proof of delivery to confirm that you received all items in the shipment that is listed on the proof of delivery. If all of the items in your order are not listed on the invoice and there are missing items, you may have received 2 or more tracking numbers and they may arrive in separate shipments. Contact support@vivalasol.com to ensure that you have more than one shipment arriving. If the items are missing from the shipment. make a note on the proof of delivery and contact VIVA LA SOL immediately.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vivalasol.com. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet shipped.
